the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect in a secure area, close enough to the river, the nearest tram and a busstop, and all major attractions. plus, we stayed just a pleasant stroll away from a maritime museum. the room was new-fashioned and reasonably large, especially a delightful view from the window. it met expectations.

Perfect location, could walk to everywhere. Free WiFi throughout. Basilica of St Nicholas is just a mile away, so convenient if you're into churches.
Oh, the inconvenience of residential areas. It's really a shame I had to stay in a neighborhood with actual residents, instead of being surrounded by noisy tourists and souvenir shops.

Staying at Houseboat Concordia was a dream come true! The gracious host, comfortable and cute accommodations, and quiet canal location made for a perfect stay. Having our own space with a kitchenette and provided breakfast items was a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious and the natural light through the canal-facing door was a delightful bonus. The host's responsiveness and thoughtful gestures, like a bottle of wine and local beers, made us feel truly at home.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This houseboat stay on the Amstel River offers a unique and beautiful location. The hosts, Koen and Olivia, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The little extras like local beers in the fridge and umbrellas to borrow were a nice touch. The houseboat is easily accessible from the city center by bus or tram, or even a pleasant walk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple of nights. We loved being on the water and experiencing the true Amsterdam atmosphere.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided fresh fruit daily and even left a bottle of wine and local beer for us to enjoy. the heating system in the room was fantastic and kept us warm and toasty during our stay. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the city center and public transportation options.
We would have appreciated having a microwave in the room for added convenience. the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough throughout the day.
